IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

The minimum order size is 20 guests. Each of our items can be rented individually to allow you to get as creative as you want for any size event. We don't think you should be limited to a specific package so we accept linen only, chair only, or table only orders; delivery fees will apply to all orders. Add a touch of elegance with chiavari or garden chairs, choose from our ample selection of linen or set up a few cocktail tables to an open space for a social gathering. 

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Complete our inquiry form above, email us directly at info@youandcompanyeventrentals.com or call us at 312.792.0110. We ask that you leave a detailed voicemail. If you prefer, send us a text! We will contact you as soon as we can. If you are contacting us between Friday - Sunday, there may be a longer wait time due to events taking place over the weekend.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER AND PICK UP?

When possible, delivery can be scheduled the day/evening before your event date. There is no additional cost for this. 

Pick up will take place the day after your event. Please note that during High Season ( May- September) availability to deliver the day before may vary. 

 

In some instances, same day pick up is required at locations such as venues. We are able to do this as well. There is a "late night fee" that is associated to any pick ups after 7pm. This fee varies and can be further detailed in a quote.  

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

If you are hosting an event between May-September, we recommend that reservations be made at least 1 month before your event. Of course the sooner you know, the better! During High Season (May-Sept.) availability changes quickly! 

Please note that reservations are complete once we've received both payment and a signed contract.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

Deliveries will be made when and if weather permits. If your event is cancelled due to inclement weather, it follows the same cancellation policy outlined in our contract. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

A 20% deposit is required to reserve your date. Final payment is due 2 weeks before your delivery date. Reservations made less than 30 days from the date of your event require that payment be made in full as it no longer meets the time line outlined above. 

Deposits are non refundable.
